You will be expected to enhance the Department’s reputation
through scholarship in the areas of teaching, clinical activity
and research. You will achieve this by delivering didactic and clinical
training on veterinary and paraveterinary undergraduate curricula,
participating in postgraduate training programmes,
providing professional services within the College’s hospitals
and by participating in and developing innovative,
collaborative research programmes.
You will have a registrable degree in veterinary science and a
specialist diploma in small animal surgery. A background in research
work in one of the College’s areas of special interest and a PhD,
although desirable, are not essential.
